Paddle Board Yoga Experience

What to Expect:

We begin with a short on-shore orientation and safety overview before launching onto the water. Once anchored, Jess will guide you through a steady, accessible yoga flow designed specifically for paddle boards - focusing on balance, breath, core strength, and relaxation.

  • Gentle warm -up and grounding meditation

  • Accessible standing and seated postures

  • Core stability and balance work

  • A peaceful floating savasana to close

  • A lot of fun

*No prior paddleboard or yoga experience is required.

Dylan Buzzard, Expert Paddle Guide with Buzzed Up Adventures

Dylan brings extensive on-water experience and ensures a safe, smooth, and supportive paddle experience for all participants. His calm leadership and local knowledge create a confident and welcoming environment for beginners and seasoned paddlers alike.




 

Jess Maxwell, Certified Yoga Instructor, RYT 500

Jess guides intentional breath-centered movement designed to build strength, confidence, and inner calm. Her teaching style is supportive, empowering, and accessible to all levels.
